Hagop Sargisian
Hagop Sargisian is founder and owner of HDS Group, LLC and CDM&C, Inc. HDS Group is a real estate development company specializing in projects that revitalize urban areas and is the parent company which hosts CDM&C. CDM&C was formed in 2005 from a need to manage our own construction, design and product coordination for our development projects as well as other opportunities from outside sources.
Based on a solid track record of accomplishments, high quality development projects, vision and expertise, Hagop Sargisian and HDS Group have been sought after as experts in both real estate development and the construction aspects of projects. From this need Mr. Sargisian formed CDM&C to carry us on beyond HDS Group. This affords both companies to harmoniously work together for more project control from a financial aspect as well as construction management.
Hagop Sargisian has over 28 years of experience in every facet of real estate development and construction. During this time he has been responsible for over $500,000,000.00 worth of development, construction and product coordination.
Mr. Sargisian excels and is sought after for his unique visionary and leadership abilities. He thrives on and has the gift for re-inventing and rethinking every potential project from design, land use, financial coordination and team building.
Hagop Sargisian has had the opportunity to lead the historical rebuilding and restoration of projects including the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel, the transformation of Old Town Pasadena and The Talley Building in Azusa for the City of Azusa Redevelopment Agency. Currently he is heavily involved with the City of Whittier and their many redevelopment projects which include mixed use residential, single family housing, recreation and commercial mixed use.
From 1998 to 2000, Mr. Sargisian was a principal of W/S Realty Advisors, whose other principals were Ray and Scott Watt of Watt Commercial Properties. In the 1980’s he directed his company, Tricana Development in the syndication of multi-family real estate and construction projects. He formed Creative Equities which was in the business of real estate acquisitions, sales and property management. In the late 1980’s he was president of Armscott Securities, Inc. where he gained extensive experience in merger and acquisitions, securities matters and general business transactions.
Hagop Sargisian is a native Californian, born and raised in Los Angeles. He has traveled extensively, enjoys the richness of life with his wife, children, family and friends. He is involved in several non-profit organizations and loves to cook when time permits.
